My name is Rachel, and the furry man in the photos is Monti.

Monti helped me get through many challenges, and his positive energy radiated everywhere he went.

I began cooking and baking when I was four years old, and am a self-proclaimed foodie. Throughout my culinary adventures, Monti was always there to cheer me on and attempt to eat everything in sight.

I created Monti's to share my love of food with the world and help animals at the same time.
